Proactive Surf Terms

By registering for Proactive Surf you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Proactive Surf, you may only register for one Proactive Surf account.

You may not promote Proactive Surf in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Proactive Surf in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Proactive Surf account and possible legal action.

We are not a bank or Investment scheme, the money you spend at Proactive Surf is for your advertising effort. Money Users spend in Proactive Surf is non-refundable.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Proactive Surf. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Proactive Surf is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Proactive Surf, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Proactive Surf account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Proactive Surf has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Payments, Refunds/Charge-back

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on Proactive Surf are absolutely final and non refundable.

If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer normally within 48 hours.

Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances Any payment Charge backs and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across all the LFM Platforms.

Strict action against cheaters

Anyone found using Bot softwares or many other means to cheat the system will be banned & all their earnings will be withheld.
Anyone trying to get Sign-ups from paid-to Sign up(PTSU) sites or paying any monetary incentive to join our site under them will be suspended & will lose all their earnings. One of the best way our members can get Sign-ups is by promoting their splash pages & referral links in other Traffic Exchanges.

Members can have only one a/c & should use their real name while registering, opening multiple a/cs with same or different names will result in suspension of your a/c.

To cancel or Delete Account

Anyone who wants to delete/cancel their a/c should contact us by sending a Support ticket.
Members found to be offensive in their interaction with us will be required to close all their
interactions with 'Proactive Surf' and will banned from using our service.
